Every frame is built so the traveller can picture themselves there: coffee on the terrace, morning light in the bedroom, the pool at seven in the evening. That is what closes the booking.
We work with fixed packages by number of photos: basic 15 photos at $5,500 MXN, standard 25 at $7,000, premium 40 at $8,500 and premium with drone (40 + 8 aerials) at $10,500. It is all in the 2026 price list.
For a studio or a one-bedroom apartment, the 15-photo package is enough. From two bedrooms up, or with a pool and a terrace, the 25 is the better fit. The 40 makes sense in villas and large houses, where every space deserves its own frame.
Between 3 and 5 business days. We keep vacation rental photography on an accelerated schedule on purpose: every week the listing still shows old photos is a week of calendar that does not fill.
Yes, and it is the part that changes the result the most. We send you a guide with the essentials: beds made with pressed linen, surfaces cleared, curtains open, bulbs of the same colour temperature and no personal items in view. We handle the fine details on site.
Yes. We deliver the images in several proportions and resolutions, optimised for Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Google Maps and social media, so you never have to crop them yourself.
Yes, it is a good part of our work. For property managers with several units we group the shoots in blocks within the same area and adjust the quote to the volume.
