Pre-production

Scouting, golden hour and shot list agreed before the camera comes out. You reach the shoot day knowing exactly which images you will receive.

Production

Tilt-shift lenses, lighting and drone. Verticals stay straight and the real scale of the space holds in every frame.

Post-production

Perspective correction, colour and clean-up. You receive files ready to publish, print and present, with no retouching left on your side.

When the project calls for it we add aerial drone photography. It is the frame that gives context: the site, the amenities and the whole setting, an angle that does not exist at ground level.

A full hotel production for a property of more than 40 rooms starts at $58,000 MXN. An architecture shoot for portfolio, at $10,000. We publish both ends and everything in between. These are the entry points for each line of work in 2026:

How much does an architectural photographer cost in Mexico?

In 2026: architecture from $10,000 MXN, interior design from $6,500, an Airbnb listing from $5,500 and a small hotel from $18,000. What moves the number is the scope, not the day. The full breakdown is published in our 2026 price list.

What is the difference between a general photographer and an architectural one?

Perspective correction and how the space is read. A building shot without a tilt-shift lens comes out with falling verticals, and a badly composed interior conveys neither the real scale nor the depth. It is the reason a well-resolved building can end up looking smaller than it is. A technical craft before an aesthetic one.

How long does delivery take?

Between 5 and 10 business days depending on the number of images. For Airbnb and vacation rentals we deliver in 3 to 5 days, so the listing does not lose a season.

Which cities do you work in?

We are based in Puerto Vallarta and Guadalajara, with standing coverage in Querétaro, León, Guanajuato, Celaya, Irapuato, San Miguel de Allende and Aguascalientes, plus frequent productions in Punta Mita, Los Cabos, the Riviera Maya and the Caribbean.

Do you shoot video as well?

Yes. We produce HD and 4K video: walkthroughs, cinemagraphs, aerial sequences and cuts optimised for social media, OTAs and campaigns. It can be booked as a standalone production or added to a photography session.

Can I use the photos in paid advertising?

Yes, with the corresponding usage licence. The session fee covers use on your own channels — website, social media, portfolio; print campaigns or unlimited commercial use are covered by the licences in the price list.
